The installation did not had any issues. i just followed the instructions provided by @Jerry_Xristos and @PasMater

Restore the themes then, go to windows security and whitelist the themes.
Copilot to working you have to install again Microsoft edge.

Real time protection is already off with managed by your organization and why would defender remove themes also updates are not working edge is installed before thinking of copilot

Windows defender is disabled and no way defender to has removed themes something else had happened.
Copilot is not installed by default in all windwos 11 23H2, in some versions its missing (already be told by microsoft).
