Problem With Keyboard

My laptop keyboard arrow keys are not functioning properly it always gives some letters when clicked. except during the first few seconds after starting up. Don't know why.:sweating: Changes windows 10 to 7 and back no change.. Anyone please help me

Maybe a driver problem would be my first guess..

Did you have Win 7 and Then upgraded to Win10 when problem started

Could be few possbilities that come to mind one being the language input setup changing via keystroke shortcut or hotkey is activate depending if is all the time or just when using certain programs?
For the first one go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Language and check to see if got one or multiple enabled
To see if is hotkeys press FN on keyboard , F7 , Numlock , Scroll lock ect.

I think there might be a problem with you keyboard language settings, make sure it is set to your preferred/regional language, e.x. English(US) in my case.

Or try updating or reinstalling you laptop keyboard drivers, using your drivers DVD or download them form your Manufacturers Website.
