Problem With Ratio

Hello guys! I'm a newbie here and I'm facing a strange issue due to my ratio.
I have downloaded and keep seeding 2 torrents, I have uploaded around 2GB and my ratio is still (-)

Please, find attached my screenshots in order to understand my problem and of course to help me seeding for the community.

Yep...., at this point your ratio should be at least 0.28...., at least in theory.

There was a loss of data in December due to server problems. That would probably be the cause of your ratio issue. We all lost a certain amount of points, "likes", posts, and ratio. Be vigilant and keep seeding!

The 2gb's uploaded from Wednesday till today but i don't receive ratio but it's ok admins will fix it. Thanks for your answer.
