They could be less or more don't worry about false positives.
If you are not sure you can scan everything with an antivirus program and have a second result to compare.

havent had any luck lately with finding a good working vpn (for the low cost of nothing - its one of those months...)
my protonvpn sub just ended and i really need a vpn
