Its not working because On-Screen Keyboard (Tablet PC) and accessibility tools is removed.
It would be better to check the description next time, everything you need is there.

But there is one problem i have no idea why win7 have win10 activation this not working at all try every option on this tool keep telling this tool for win 10 only LoL

Something is going wrong its not normal, provide image if its possible
Reboot to see if the installation continues
