Locked REQ: Android 8 or higher (as a VMware or VirtualBox image)

I want to run Android on Win 10.
Can't seem to find any emulator above Android 7.
So my request is a pre-setup VMware or VirtualBox image.
Something like BlueStacks with a more recent Android version is fine too.

Purpose: Run Android apps (not games) in tablet mode on Windows.

If you are planning to upgrade to Windows 11 then an alternative approach might be to use Windows Subsystem for Android.
Google something like "run android app on windows 11" to see if this might work for you.

Yeah, I've read about that. But to be honest I'm planning to stick with Win 10 until 11 is more mature.
Plus my main use is a laptop and I don't want to risk all sort of laptop specific drivers don't work.
