Resolution Problem

Hello Everyone & Team Member
I need your help, can anyone explain if laptop resolution show max. 1366×786
And want make 1920×1080
Is this possible or not..

I'm using Dell 5559 , 8gb ram, I7, 4gb graphic, windows 8.1

And

If i install windows 10 or other os then.. it's possible..


Actually I want to use Premiere Pro.. and its show resolution issues.

So any solution.. please give me idea..

I am sorry, but you can't do anything about it!
You can attach (external) monitor and then use 1920y1080 pixels.

when you take a look to your graphics card that is in the laptop or on board installed ,
then use google to see wat the max setting are.

because in windows 10 you can manually set / add the screens settings.
Now the problem is that the graphics card and / or drivers that is installed in you'r laptop can not work with a higher resolution as 1366 x 786.
when you try it it can be that the screen stay black...

Bottom line is , get an external monitor, you are not going to get the resolution you want from this laptop screen, period

because: problem solved :
Member knows now that it can't work or he/she need to connect to a extern screen .
