Check your Boot Priorities in Bios or try hitting F11 or F12 when booting the PC

perhaps your stick is too big? sometimes it happens to me that when i write a specific lite version to my usb, then it doesnt boot, but however on a 16gb it worked.
also the iso could be corrupted which can also be a cause, or rufus could not be writing correctly, maybe try a older version, I also had this happen once, and then lastly the stick could be faulty.

Make sure that your boot mode (Legacy / UEFI) is correctly set in both BIOS and in Rufus app. If your boot mode is UEFI but USB is created as Legacy then it may not boot.

As @Uncle Mac said go to your bios settings and choose your usb as first priority to boot not the HDD.
Also if your bios has a tab only for "Boot Mode" go there and choose again your usb and press enter.
