Locked Searching for ICON Packs

What keyword I will use when searching for icon packs? I tried

Icon Pack for windows

But the result was for android. Anyone here has the link for updated icon packs to download? I download some vector icons and converted to .ico but the designs are outdated

Thanks for the link.. I do the advanced search and the results are the themes. What I'm searching are icons ".ico" that I can use on my projects

Like VB.net project, HTML etc.

@kramKram0607 I think you better look this site below.You get lot of free icons in svg file format.You can edit those icons using adobe illustrator or any other vector related softwares.Good luck !!
