If there are leechers then you will get seeding speed & dont just wait for leechers they arrive accordingly just allow your client to run until you shutdown ur PC.It seems your client needs some settings to be changed to leechers to connect

2. Then use utorrent 2.2.1 & with settings here

I tried downloading a torrent. I am getting an upload speed of 10 -11 kbps ;_; still better than nothing though

every graphic card has cd disk driver with it... if you dont have it then follow nicky's advice....

My internet is just fine. 90+ Mbps both upload and download on speedtest.net .

Guys when there are more seeders and very less leechers this is what happens

Check there are 3 leechers at No-1 mark area but check the speed there i am giving 80kbps where i can seed upto 90+mbps ,this happens because the speeds you are getting from the leechers is less its not the seeders or some settings fault.
Now every leecher connected this is the speed i attained in No-2 mark area

They are very important and I don't have any external hard disk.

You can't do that with this OS I don't think. You need to backup your files somehow, to a USB, or external drive, or another PC if you have one. Then do clean install only.
