1. If you have dynamic IP restart your router/reconnect net cable 2. Install MEGA app and download after creating a free nega account, better than with the browser. I had some errors wih firefox but after installing megasync app and make an account works perdect, took several minutes. Hope this helps.

Many thanks for this. I for one like it on Mega ... I have a premium account there and transfer to myself at over 1GB/s !! Took 38 seconds. I have enough torrents to worry about allready

I really don't understand why people need gbps speeds. I came from the past when speed was in kbps and i think it's very fast now, even without 5g and fiber.

Some people need faster internet for different types of workloads, or to satisfy their needs. I have gbps internet because I handle uploading and download files for my work of over 100+gb daily. 100mbps may be enough for a user that just browses the internet, downloads casually, or anything within that range of activities.

Nothing wrong with having gbps internet if you can afford it, and internet speeds have nothing to do with forcing your hardware to its limits either...

@Dale Martirez Thank you for reply. And sorry for offtopic. And yes the build is beautiful, that's why i downloaded it. This is my last reply in this direction. If you have such needs yes, it is necesary. But you are wrong. I download torrents daily without problems with my speed and 100 gb take several hours with 100 mbps. But my hdds are full so i realize that it'a a nonsense to download and download and download or buy frequently storage space. So in this case, when downloading/updating just what i need it's more than enough my speed, it's not a problem of affording. And yes, if you don't have ssd/nvme/raid, if you have an old sata hdd and others connected to usb like me clearly you will force the hardware with 1 gbps speed. Also if you have an AMD cpu with just 2 cores like me. And the speed is relative, depends on peering and source. For example most rare content that i want, especially good old music, can't be downloaded with high speed. And here comes the streaming services.
