Locked software to record install files

Is there a software that will record all files , registery key ect that is install when installing a program .

Hi

With Revo Uninstaller Pro, you can install software, all changes are monitored and stored in an install log (readable and used for uninstall).

Long time ago had a program that I would use to install any software through that program and it would record what the program would install, but that was in the windows 98 time lol.
