I can't manage to download the software, neither from Firefox nor Chromer, with Adblock disabled.

Can you reupload it on Mega ?

You need to disable real time antivirus in Security.

But it'll re enable next time you restart the computer.... it's really annoying !

But without that Medicines.exe file is auto deleted... And you can't have the software patched !
