This resolves an issue with jittering on the taskbar when in experimental center mode with certain non-integer scaling factors and depending on how many open windows there were.

Resolves a potential resource leak though highly unlikely to happen.

Fixed a painting issue that the UI had on scaling factors of 283% and higher

I could use some help. For some reason, I'm getting this message when trying to install

"The start10_64.dll file was found in the installation folder, restart your PC and try again"

No clue why this is happening...lol

Edit: So for anyone having this issue, it's because Start11 is already installed and the service has to be stopped. Once stopped, rename start10_64.dll and it should install fine. I can't believe we can now autohide the taskbar at the top, albeit with some additional tweaks. Autohide has to be disabled in Windows and in my case, DisplayFusion too.
