updates have been disabled in this build

download and install your drivers from the manufacturer website

First thing for you. Use Lookimg.com for all uploaded images. Next, I use themes everyday on my pc's. Try revert to original theme, then restart and apply theme you want again. Try also applying theme directly here, C:/Windows/Resources/Themes. Double click on theme file you want and see if works. If not try reboot once more. If that doesn't work, try another theme patcher. There a few that may make a difference.

u can't do a Full Shutdown on this OS... i think the Fast Startup is enabled & no option disable it
