Copy the Fix file in Program Files x86 >Super PC Care.
The program activates and works perfect.

basically didnt realize it was running in back ground. once i stopped it and uninstalled the app. stopped from running and applied the fix it worked fine. Just missed it. thanks for the excellent upload and patience . All is well on mars now...
