TeamOS Tube Media Suite v1.15 Beta

TeamOS Tube Media Suite is a project that I've had in my head for a long time.
And I've finally had the chance to get it going.

It is a project that brings together several applications:
- A downloader for Youtube (MP4 and Webm files).
- A downloader of the latest version of FFmpeg binaries.
- A Youtube to MP3 file converter.
- An Audio Player.
- A Video Player.

Initially, it only contemplated the possibility of downloading files from Youtube.
But once it was up and running, it occurred to me to add modules or applications to complete it the project.

This is a preview or Beta version that is still in development, which will be updated,
if there are colleagues who are interested in it.

I would like to receive ideas to add new features in successive versions.

I apologize if you find any fault in its operation, as the rush to publish it
before Halloween, I've been prevented from testing it long enough.

Its development has been with Visual Studio Enterprise 2022 Preview (17.8.0 Preview 5.0) using the
C# programming language and programmed with the Framework 8.0 (net8.0-windows).
