If you have read the description you would be able to see that bluetooth and printing are gone.No way to bring it back.
As for Win10Debloater and GameDeploater programs just GOOGLE it, it would be much easier to find out how they are both working.

Its one of the tricks that Microsoft does lately with her products, the same thing is happening with microsoft Team program, you can remove it but its keep installing again during installation. [you can remove it tottally if you want]
I prefer to removed because of the size (500MB) and install it during installation as it needed for playing some Games.
