The only I can think is if you had an enterprise version before installed and had activated with a digital license.
Use MAS 1.7 Medicines to change version if you don't want the enterprise

This build was extremely fast installed. Almost with 2 minutes i installed it and it works for the most part. Now as i was trying to connect to internet with wifi it had no wifi so i thought maybe i need to update my driver. So plugged in the ethernet cable. Installed iobit driver booster and to my surprise it doesn't have wifi driver update. I don't know if it was only for me but i checked network and internet settings there was nothing in there at all. Maybe it was written 9in description and i didn't read it.

So this build ain't for me i guess. I ain't complaining just giving my experience.

I really like the minimalistic version, however some essential things didn't work and I think cutting down features went too far
For example:
Settings app doesn't open when trying to change background (right click desktop -> personalize), but can change wallpaper if you find the setting in settings manually so it hasn't really been removed.
Clicking on network icon in taskbar next to the clock to modify network settings, nothing happens.
Maybe these things can be fixed in next version running 19042.2673? Thank you!

Does the mouse works?
Or you issue is only that can't be registered?
