INSTALLATION
If you already have earlier version installed
1.Save your already downloaded templates
They are in:
C:\Users\Username"\AppData\Roaming\Topaz Labs LLC\Video Enhance AI\models\
2.Uninstall Topaz Video Enhance AI
To delete
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video Enhance AI
and
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Topaz Labs LLC\Video Enhance AI
and
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video Enhance AI
Delete the "Topaz Video Enhance AI" folder in:
C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\
Delete the "Video Enhance AI" folder in:
C:\Users\"Username"\AppData\Local\Topaz Labs LLC\
Delete "Topaz Video Enhance AI" and "Video Enhance AI" folder in:
C:\Users\"Username"\AppData\Roaming\Topaz Labs LLC


Install Topaz Video Enhance AI
At the end of the installation, DO NOT open Topaz Video Enhance AI (uncheck the two checkboxes at the end of installation)
Copy and replace "version.dll", "Topaz Video Enhance AI.exe", "Topaz Video Enhance AI.exe.BAK" into:
C:\Program Files\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Video Enhance AI\

Open Topaz Sharpen AI
Click on "Buy" or "Activate" button (Might have one or the other)
In "Username or Email" -> Put any Fake Email -> Example: [email protected]
In "Password" -> Put any password -> Example: A1b2C3
Then click on Login

Close Topaz
Run the file "Topaz Video Enhance AI.reg
Say YES then OK

Do not block in Firewal or Hosts file, otherwise Topaz Video Enhance AI will crash.

Intel CPUs from ~2015 | Intel HD 5000 iGPU or above
AMD CPUs from ~2016
System Memory (RAM) 8GB (16GB and higher is recommended for improved performance)
Graphics Card (GPU) Intel HD 5000 if running on CPU
DirectX 12 compatible on Windows
Dedicated Graphics Memory (VRAM) 2 GB (8GB or more for optimum performance)

VIRUS CHECK
All files scanned with ESET Endpoint Security updated to the latest definitions. No threats found.

Dear @WideGlide I thought so too when I first saw it. But after installing it everything worked well and I guess the rest of the gigs "missing" are the models which the main app downloads depending the case every time. Either way since it worked OK and it was a direct download I decided to post it since there has been some time without any update. Best regards.

Either way sincw it worked OK and it was a direct download I decided to post it sincw there has been some time without any update. Best regards.

Dear @guandms the path you are reffering to (C:\ProgramData\Topaz Labs LLC\Topaz Sharpen AI\models) is for Sharpen AI, not Video Enhanced AI. What did you copy? I don't have any model files to copy included. Check your firewall and host files and make sure there is no entry there blocking the app's internet access. Best regards.

dear @guandms, I don't know what models you are referring to. Like I told you before there are no models included to copy anywhere. Furthermore if the models are being downloaded as needed, then it seems like the application works as intended. I don't understand what you need help with.

Instead of downloading the software from here, I've downloaded it from filecr dot com

They did include the models and guided where to put them, but that doesn't work.
So I thought OK, no biggy if I use a model once and it was downloaded, then it should be saved, but it doesn't work that way, the software keeps downloading the same models over and over again...

OK and what is the problem? That is the way the app was designed to function. I can't see anything wrong with it trying to download any updated model it needs in every occasion. And what is the logic of downloading from elsewhere and asking here for help with said download which we don't know nothing about? Anyway I still don't see any problem with the app. I can't understand what is bothering you so much.

There is a whole installation section above in the description. Also there is a "read me.txt" file included in the archive with the instructions.

Hey buddy, check the settings, there´s an option for downloading models, just uncheck it.

weird dpi scaling issue, but works fine otherwise. [windows cant do multi-monitor still]

I've got V. 2.3.0 installed, is this V.2.6.4 that much of a difference.
This cat is curious to know if it's worth the upgrade.

Sorry to hear that. Worked fine for me on Windows 10 with no crashes whatsoever. Just to make sure, check if you meet the specification requirements and retry uninstalling it 100% first (gray section of Installation procedure above in the description) and then install it again (orange section of the installation procedure above in the description). That's what I did and it worked like a charm. Best regards.
