Locked Torrent downloading rights has been disabled

I have got this condition "your torrent downloading rights has been disabled, contact Administrator if it's done by mistake." and I don't know why it should happened?

Hi @Leakhanak... the problem you have is that you don't seed back enough. You have 4 pages of Hit & Runs... All torrents in H & R have to seed for 3 days (72 hrs.) before they are removed... or Zap them with seed bonus points...
