Locked Torrent file not downloading

I have downloaded yesterday torrent file named QuickBooks_Premier_Accountant_2021_UK_Edition
From yesterday i am trying to download the file but its stuck at 82MB
If the file dont get downloaded again i will get Hit & Run
Need solution for this
And what if i get Hit and Run???

This is not the first torrent file which i am facing problem
Previously also i couldnt download torrent files and got Hit and Run
But just afraid of getting banned i never raise any issue with Admins nor with Moderators
But few days back got banned on Chat-room for raising issue for getting Hit and Run
So simply let me know what if torrents dont get downloaded yet i will get Hit and Run and get my account Banned

3 seeding and 1 is downloading ....

wat i do see is that you have 22 torrents that are inactive (not seeding) maybe you should repair those torrents

when the members are not downloading from you you still get 1 bonus point / hour for seeding...
also there is nothing wrong with the torrents here on the torrent - server ...
