Locked Toshiba USB POS Diagnostics key

Hi, I'm looking for a copy of the Toshiba USB POS Diagnostics Key. Sadly, my copy is now corrupt. Toshiba has locked it away on their site, so I am no longer able to get it. I was running version 7.4.0.132, which I believe was from 2015. A more up-to-date copy would be fine too, though.

I'll keep hunting and let you know if I find it, but any help would be greatly appreciated as it is looking like an impossible find without a partner login.

Sadly, it's not quite that easy. An enterprise ID is needed, which, as far as I'm aware, is only accessible to partners.

Update for you all. I had some help finding it, it was on an IBM FTP. From what I can tell it is the same version as I lost too.
