@Korokun Some thought food for you
1. Try to turn off AV
2. Follow the steps from Readme
3. Run Medicines as admin
4. After the patching... In the down left corner is a small box --> right-click on it and choose to copy in the clipboard. See what report says about patching! Maybe gives you reason/idea/solution! If that does not help you, either I can not help you!

The username and serial number from above are data from Team who made that Medicines and the Medicines itself injects the mentioned data!

Seems to DL a at a slow rate (maybe realtime?) but that's quite fine.
I've set my power settings to no sleep.
