Its doesn't matter just press OK and continue with the installation of the program it will be installed without issues.

You haven't downloaded, how on earth did you manage that?
What is gone is gone and you are saying that all removed components had come back?
Is windows defender back for example?

As I said you haven't downloaded, that screenshots are not a proof for me, sorry.
Windows defender is not possible to come back if its removed, some of the bloatware apps you can bring them back with the help of DISM++ but NOT ALL

You just download the build.
Some removed components may be back but you said all removed components are back after the latest updates

yes some components/services are back not all sorry for the misunderstanding

I just installed NTLite and will try to integrate latest windows updates into ISO image hopefully all components/services that was removed by you will stay like that after the integration

Try DISM++
