While there is the AMPED patientmodifier+medicinemaker for v3.1 and 3.3, and the BGSPA patientmodifier+ AMPED medicinemaker for v3.5, the update to v4.0+ was a major update
Those updates, while not make-or-break for my project due to the IDA 8.3 medicine released by BGSPA a few months ago, would actually make things so much easier, and would just make reversing a slightly more pleasant experience.
Even the untreated files straight from vector35 would be super helpful
