There are plenty builds to choose, Untouched, Lite, SuperLite etc.
Choose something depending your needs/goals.

Though I agree with Jerry here. Just a bit of idea for you. Since the pc is old, you can try lite or superlite or ultralite builds. Which have updates and all blocked, bloats removed. That would make it a good OS to keep running for a long time and be stable as well. Unless of course you have anything specific needed as these builds would have most things removed with keeping the only required stuffs for running the OS smoothly.
