Window Explorer Not Responding

I Have issue in win 7 every time its say explorer not responding i also download Window 7 ESD x64 but this one also showing same so someone pls help me to resolve the issue.

How many times are you going to charge a Thread every where for this.. Stay with one thread and stop spamming now..

Try this - Follow the steps:
a. Press “Windows Key + C” to open Charms Bar.
b. Type “cmd” without quotes in the search box.
c. On the left pane, right click on the “cmd” option and select “Run as Administrator”.
d. Type ‘sfc /scannow’ without quotes and hit enter.
If that doesn't work - I would suggest that you do a clean reinstall

after @TheHarperdragon step is completed (and fixed if there are errors ) i would run a anti virus program of your choosing and make sure results are clean and a program is not locking windows explorer up ..
