Locked Window size and position.

Hi, is there a way to make the windows open in their last size and position?

With window open use F11

but what I mean is that every time I minimize it, it doesn't remember the window size. Is it possible to change it somehow so that it remembers it?

Windows remembers the last session of your window size and position if this is not happening to your system, then you have done something an mess up things, probably at registry.

Is it a specific window or any window? If it's a specific window, which App is it? Do you have dual or more monitors? and finally, can you share a screenshot before and after you minimize?
I have an idea but I need to see what I asked first.

Also when you restore a window, does it restore at the same position, or is it random? Dont forget to answer about single or dual monitors.

I have one monitor - a laptop. Usually, when I want to make the screen small, it almost covers the entire screen, I have to manually reduce it
