Locked Windows 10 1909H2 & 20H2 Multilanguage ISO

Hello everyone!

I need help building clean Multilanguage Windows 10 ISO builds:
1909H2
&
20H2
I usually export and need only Windows 10 Pro edition which i export with DISM to reduce the overall wim size

In the following languages:
en-us, it-it, es-es, fr-fr

Thing is i tried different methods:
WIM-WITCH
Manually through DISM with microsoft documentation


Thing is i always with all the methods i get with DISM /Get-Intl en-us as fully localized and all other languages as partially localized and fallback language for all additional languages en-us.

I'm starting to believe that this is normal and not a problem at all....

Any clarification or help is deeply appreciated!

The thread you linked though teaches how to build a custom image.

I'm already past that, i need help with building a clean Multilanguage offline image.

I mean, i already have done even that but I don't like that "Partially Localized".

So i need some clarification or some tips from somebody with more experience in the field.

Know anybody who can help?

Sorry but its against the rules to talk/advice about making custom builds
The only I can say is, go to MDL forum to get all the help you need
