Friend I do not have wifi, I only have modem connected by cable to the pc, I looked in several folders but I do not know which is the driver

how are you posting if you have no net?

find the driver you need for your hardware with your device you're posting with ( im assuming its a phone or tablet transfer it over to the pc you need the driver for. ( im guessing here so i apologize if this doesn't help)

Which device are you using bro? Laptop or desktop? which company or is it a custom one? Model number? Check for drivers in the official site of the company. Or you might've gotten a disk containing drivers. Download the driver and install it.

For example mine is a hp - p077tx notebook. I can go to HP site, enter my model number and get drivers from there.

If that is my personal computer, unfortunately I cannot access a better one for economic reasons, I already found a tutorial on how to install the ethernet draiver without connection, I will try to see how it works for me, thank you all for your collaboration

I tried PowerISO (Linux version) and couldn't figure out how to burn the ISO. I tried using Etcher, but it didn't work.

There's an option to flash bootable image to usb in one of those menus. Check it.

the program in the linux menu only works for linux distributions, not windows bootable usb's.
I used a copy of the "new" WoeUSB command-line version to do the job and had success.

You did not mention linux anywhere.

WoeUSB is the only tool in Linux to do windows related jobs. No rufus no etcher no poweriso.
