hi windows driver updates started again but i can't install windows 10 cumulative updates and i get this error, 0x80073701, thanks for the hard work

Getting the same error:

Tried manually downloading KB4586781, still will not install.

What are the benefits of backdoors in the os? Malwarebytes detected a couple of them, and I was wondering what are they for?
Also autoit tool, what's it for?
