Look more carefully at the removed components, it says all windows apps except windows store and defender, so cortana is removed my friend, as for the bottom part which says "and more" probably its not something special to be known, so bitlocker is still there. The most important you need to know is written.

Well done buddy I see that you have gone to 2.6GB your build.
Just one tip if I may suggest, it would be better to put something like "lite" on your title so members will know that this build is lite and not untouched.
As you have written the title now, nobody will know its a lite version when members uses the Search bar option.

Thanks for the update. I don't know why other uploaders remove Bitlocker, i mean it's an essential feature and also can't be re-added later. But i guess it's up to them only.

To be safe I suggest that you download ALL the drivers for your laptop or motherboard BEFORE you load this OS.
