I did that by accident. Used one of the wallpapers for the image and the weird way it stretched it complimented the theme. Decided to leave it in the build. lol, funny what ya can do when ya play around with a few things. Sometimes you eat the bear... Sometimes the bear eats you!

1) WINPE - Its A Bootable SMALL Operating System which you can use to Repair windows + do any kind of Stuffs in your Computer (Search in this Forum You willl get more details)

2) "Utilizing AOMEI Utilities" - Means AMOEI Company Utilities Softwares are used to create a Boootable Live WINPE .

3) "As well as a Windows Install" - THIS Lines Means that It has WIN 10 LTSC Edition OS Also , so Either you can Use Live WINPE to repair windows or You can Install Windows 10 LTSC Funked Up EDITION OS Which is also available With WINPE in Torrent.

If You Read Carefully and understand the Lines You Will understand properly.If you Read and Directly raise a Doubt you wont understand Yourself
