great, so i can always upgrade with your monthly releases without losing apps, drivers, etc.. ?? i always do a fresh install and install apps, drivers and stuff all over again and that bothers me especially the staff that installs online and stuff that needs to be configured manually. i've never used the upgrade option cuz i'm worried of conflicts and things to be unstable

I dont do it everytime.. make sure after upgrade everything is there and fine and after day or so run disk cleanup both ways to recover hdd space

i will advice you , dont do upgrade every month , just use windows update , its secure and safe , my isos also safe and u can use it for upgrade but it takes much time for complete this kind of process , so save time and use windows updates online

sure i'll do that but what if i would like to upgrade say from 19h1 to 19h2 or 20h1 , will windows update do that ?

Yes, you can but it is always recommended to do a new clean install. Especially if you go to plan to try insider preview 20H1!
