this is x64 version right, but there's bootia32.efi and not bootx64.efi so i cannot boot/run this on my windows x64. using GPT with UEFI and NTFS. or am i doing this wrong using rufus.

Have you actually tried? A 32bit bootloader can load a 64 bit app or OS.
Try MBR instead of GPT.

Acknowledged. I will not ask if any other windows build has telemetry disabled or not. I will take your advise and assume if it is not mentioned in the description, then telemetry has not been disabled..... sorry.
