if it's not auto-activated when you land on the desktop this is a folder on the desktop with an Medicines in it.

P/S: Not gonna install another Windows for a very long time that's why need a proper Medicines which can last long btw, do i need to add exception for those Medicines in antivirus software ? Thanks again !

its for all types of OS. Dunno about exceptions needed tbh i normally use these if needed right at the start before installing anything else like antivirus etc
