1. Open Settings.
2. Click on Time & Language.
3. Click on Region & language.
4. Under "Languages," click the Add a language button.
5. 1. Use the search box to find the language you want to use.
   2. Select the language, and click the Next button.
6. Check the Set as my Windows display language option.
7. Check the additional features you want to install.
8. Click the Install button.
9. Under "Windows display language," make sure the new language is selected.
10. Under "Country or region," select your location if it doesn't match with your current region.

On the right pane, click the Administrative language settings option.
In the "Administrative" tab, click the Copy settings button
Under "Copy your current settings to," check the Welcome screen and system accountsand New user accounts options.

1. Click the OK button.
2. Click the OK button again.
3. Restart your device

i got the error too. stated iso file corruption. redownloded twice from different hosts, still same error.

It's an ISO. burn the ISO to a USB using RUFUS. When done,reboot the computer to the USB to install.

Checksum error while extracting windows iso out of rar file, tried all direct links.

extract with 7 zip winrar is deleting the extracted file then force recheck with torrent
