I have started installing by clicking .exe, it is saying install in "Russian Language", why? the ISO is pure english right?
I want to keep my previous apps, but since it is russian language, It says keep only files

when trying to install from desktop then u will surely see it in russian....Use windows update as you didnt mention full or slim build if windows update work update it via the updater no need to install
