1.Ghost toolbox, enter 4 (Online Medicines) to activate the windows, then change the theme to windows 10 original theme.
2. GO to apps and features, uninstall "Sweet Paranoia" and will revert back to normal icon, during uninstallation, choose " restore backup made at the time of installation"........restart windows
3. If No 2 still fails, then go to command prompt runs "sfc /scannow", wait until it finishes 100%, restart windows.

Hello @kddspraj recently I have installed "Windows 10 Pro - Superlite SE / Compact / x64 / Version 2009 OS build 19042.685 (20H2) WPE Custom Bootable" on my machine all is well and thanks for the custom OS but I want to revert back to my theme into Microsoft stock theme how can I change that please help me sir...
