Locked Windows 10 Startup repair tool?

Hey all

I was wondering is there a nice Windows 10 startup repair tool, that gets you out of that annoying loop.

I tried software on Sergei Sttrelec but couldn't find anything that worked. Any ideas or recommendations of programs and tutorials of how to use on the web??

I would really appreciate your help. Please if you have time, help me!

Was this a fresh install or did this problem occur after an update?

Usually a very rare solution to this.. I would say without wasting time its best to restore to a Previously working System Restore Point to get back in a working state.. Secondly rebuild bootsector manually.. how to do that you can google you will get solutions.. i dont see anyother solution here

Nah it was for a client. Error was page error which suggested driver. Ended up reinstalling windows to keeping old profile and moving it to new. I hate Windows 10. A real pain in the ass
