Dunno exactly what happen on your system. but what kind of installation do you perform? a clean one or just formatting your OS partition? If its not a clean install, maybe you got malware on your system. just saying....as for me, this built works perfectly fine on my moms laptopClean install

Clean install (format)
The windows are closing by right clicking the task bar icon and selecting close window.
Cannot open computer management (unable to create new document message).
Chrome window works fine but system windows doesn’t accept changes on windows by the upper right icons or resizing them. It looks as if something is preventing it.

is it happening right after installation finish (on first boot) ? if happen this way I think there's a process or services is not running correctly...Its hard to know what it is since I dont have direct look on it. Best suggestion I can give is try to re-installing it, if the problem persist! I think you should consider to try another OS...

To be fair, you made a very small typo in that previous post which completely changed the entire meaning behind it.. You may have meant to say "can't" but what the post actually contained was "can", hence his asking how to go about restoring it. If one were to look at the context clues, one could likely deduce that you meant to say "can't" but at first glance it isn't wholly apparent.

"if its gone you can restore it
if it exists try to renable it from the "services"
and on the second one I said "i said in the previous post that if its gone you can't restore it"
Its very clear that he can't restore it if won't find it at the services section

its a custom build buddy so many things won't work
download the drivers [full package] from the manufacture site and try again
