No, there is nothing wrong with the file. There have been over 7,000 downloads and just a handful of installation problems reported. I suspect most of these came from people who need help installing Windows from a USB device.

I finished installing via USB drive. Restart my computer. I can't use it, how do I fix it?

If all you say is "I can't use it" then all we can say is "Oh dear, what a pity". So start by describing exactly how you installed it, in detail.
Describe which app you used to make your iso bootable and what settings you used.
Then describe exactly what you see when you restart your computer, in detail, with screen images if possible.
