That is probably because the description says "some Drivers are missing".
Get all the all the available drivers from your laptop manufacturer and install them yourself.

Dude.. you're being kinda ignorant. I have my wireless drivers. I said the service isn't there. My wireless card shows up, but the service that controls WLAN (or it's dependencies) were removed so the option for wireless doesn't even show up

If you had given more information to start with then you might have received a better answer.
You obviously know more than I do so I'll let you fix this yourself.

I've also never been able to get wifi to enable or WLAN autoconfig to start on Shameera's lite builds, incl this one.
I have a Killer wifi adapter and have tried every conceivable driver fix.

It's because when the op debloated the build, they disabled a service dependency for the WLAN service. It's a great build, but my initial comment was just highlighting that flaw in the build.

FYI...I tried this build on my la[top HP Elitebook x360 1030 G2 yesterday. I installed all the drivers but the wireless adapter was still not working. I really like this build, but had to roll back to pro plus. Looking forward to the next build.

Driver is not auto dedicated, even I tried to install the network driver but failed.
