It is windows 11 and it comes with a beautiful theme and effect, but for some reason it is not enabled by default.
Here's how to enable:
- Go to MicaForEveryone (It should run at startup)
- Click global rule
- Set titlebar colour to "System"
- Set backdrop type to "Acrylic"
- Turn on "Extend frame into client area"
- Now open a program like mobaxterm and see how beautiful the effect is
- Repeat for consolewindowclass if you want cmd to look like that too
This relase comes with a twist: it now boots into a PE where you can install windows or repair your system.
You should have a 4 GB ram pc with a decent processor to run this OS. Note that windows 11 requirements are stripped out due to the PE and setup is replaced with windows 10 setup.

This OS uses a windows 10 PE so it uses the windows 10 boot screen. Alsoyou cannot run setup legacy from an existing windows install it must be through PE
