Same here, no preinstalled Office. Did an installation today with Rufus.

But you can find Office after the installation on the USB drive in "sources\$OEM$\$$\SETUP\SCRIPTS". You just have to run the appropriate script for installation.
Office is working though it's giving a "Your license isn't genuine" message

Personally i would recommended to use a 16g usb flash drive with Rufus or Ventoy, you can find both programs here on the site or google them they are free.

Microsoft Office is there but probably your AV has blocked a file, that's why office can't be installed.
The file is insdie here:

"sources\$OEM$\$$\SETUP\"

Look at the history of your AV and mark the .exe file (the blocked/quarantine one ) in the whitelist.
Then make a bootable usb.

Use rufus to make a bootable usb.
Update your drivers, change usb flash and usb port.
Try all this options
