And I have the Windows 11 x64 earlier build just before this one, can I upgrade that with these or do I need to do a clean install? I don't have the room right now to save my files and so on, which is why if I could do an upgrade I would.

No I dont Medicines the system. I tried it only once and its successfully update it.. Try to run windows update first and after that restart your pc then try to update again using the file
