Oh , Windows 11 LTSC is what I need for this for you said "Want their PC fast". I an going to try and build from parts Recycled 2 PCs parts
MB-TUF B550M-plus (AMD)
CPU-AMD Ryzen 5 5600G
GPU-Ausu RTX 3060 TI
32GB Ram
Medicines open a SanDisk 1TB Extreme portable SSD (broken USB port) and pull the M.2 and use it as a M.2 NVMe PCIe SSD.
Hopeful It will work.

great build so far, but I have a problem that I cannot access "windows&security" - "virus&threat protection" to disable antivirus protection
also same thing cannot disable win defender from winaero as OS has TMP enabled, and it's also in that "virus&threat protection"

because I am getting this error for installing some of the programs

and to fix it I need to disable antivirus, but system says "Your IT has disabled this section"

UPDATE:
I read all the topic, the Defender Firewall is launched, another defender program cannot start itself (
Windows could not start the Windows Defender Advanced Threat protection Service on Local Computer
Error 1067: The process terminated unexpectedly)
The .reg file from folder also returns an error (WinDefend.reg returns this error : Not all data was successfully written to the registry. Some keys are open by the system or other processes or you have insufficient privileges to perform this operation)
And I still can't use "medicine" for MS Office - "operation did not complete successfully because the file contains a virus or potentially unwanted software"

use optimizer and defender remover tool both are posted here!
