I'm having trouble updating languages.

Only the language pack activates, other features get error 0x800f0950.

If you use Ventoy, you need to export autounattend.xml from ISO file you downloaded, copy it to flash, and attach that autounattend.xml with VentoyPlugson.exe to ISO file.. Just read how to do that on ventoy site, its easy step.. ^_^
Btw, there is a newer version of 22H2 build..

lol brooo.. Dont speak about something that you dont know.. Windows 10/11 have abbility to compress by native with Compact Mode, read about it sometimes.. And about ISO compression, there is a dozens of tutorials and tools to compress windows installation files before make ISO image of it.. @FBConan just do all the hard work instead of us, and created a smaller downloads.. Show some respect, thank you!

You have to join the Windows Insider Program in order to actually install .NET Framework 3.5
