Description:
Windows 11 22631.2191 is a preview build of the upcoming version of Windows 11, which is expected to be released in the second half of 2023. It is part of the Beta Channel of the Windows Insider Program, which allows users to test new features and provide feedback to Microsoft before they are widely available.

This build introduces some new features, such as:

• HDR Background Support: You can now set JXR files as your desktop background and they will render in full HDR if you have an HDR display. JXR files are a type of image format that supports high dynamic range and compression. This feature can make your desktop look more vivid and realistic.
• Narrator Natural Voices: Narrator, the built-in screen reader for Windows, now supports natural voices in French, Portuguese, English (India), German and Korean. These voices use modern, on-device text to speech technology and can work offline. They can make the Narrator sound more natural and pleasant when reading web pages, emails, and other documents.

This build also includes various bug fixes and improvements, such as:

• Fixed an issue where some devices would crash when using the pen to ink on Sticky Notes or Microsoft Whiteboard.
• Fixed an issue where some apps would not launch or show an error message when using the new Microsoft Store.
• Fixed an issue where the taskbar would sometimes flicker when switching between virtual desktops.
• Fixed an issue where the Settings app would crash when navigating to certain pages.
• Fixed an issue where the emoji panel would not open when pressing WIN + . or WIN + ; on some keyboards.

To install this build, you need to join the Windows Insider Program and opt in to the Beta Channel. You can do this by going to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Insider Program and following the instructions. You also need to have a device that meets the minimum hardware requirements for Windows 11. Once you are enrolled, you can check for updates and download this build from Windows Update.

Please note that this is a preview build and it may contain bugs or issues that could affect your device’s performance or stability. You should back up your data before installing this build and be prepared to roll back to a previous version if needed.

Sorry, didn't notice it. For sure it is 23H2. Thanks! Next time I'm going to check and look at it. Coz I'm thinking it is the same 22631 I've released previously. lol In UUP it is 22H2 Beta.

Yes, you can but be sure, like for example in Rufus, it must be in "Standard Windows Installation". Do not use other bypass tricks because it is not necessary and already treated.
